its apparently some big issue. they even said theyd reimburse you if you went to an outside repair place to fix it. total proof they fucked up.

so remember my laptop problems i was having a couple months back...

well it finally died (ie froze up while on it and now freezes at startup) and i brought it in to the apple store, and apparently there is some issue with the nvidia graphics card in many of the macbook pros that were made when i bought it, and they are going to replace it for free! (not the whole notebook, just the problem graphics card) eventhough its out of warranty. it woulda been something like 600 to fix.

so happy!!
